A simple twist on a classic chicken rice bowl dish.
For the foundation
`Baked Chicken
`Brown Rice
`Sautéed Green Onions
For the sauce
`1/6 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
`1/2 cup of water
`1/4 cup of brown sugar
`Dash of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
And to put it all together...
1. Add ingredients in a sauce pan.
2. Let it simmer.
3. Add 1 Tbs of cornstarch & 1 Tbs of water. Whisk until thickens.
4. Once it thickens, take sauce off the heat.
5. Add 1 1/2 Tbs of ketchup.
6. Add dried herbs of ginger root, hibiscus flower, lemongrass, safflower or favorite gingerroot tea. Don't boil. Stir into sauce. Add 1 Tbs of Olive oil.
7. INjoy. :)
