Where in your life are you not showing up 100%? Relationships, love, sex, jobs, roles, dreams, goals. etc. How often do you talk yourself out of saying things you need to say or doing things you really want to do because you are afraid of rejection or judgment?
When we shine the light on our darkness we give others the courage to do the same. By looking at ourselves and assessing self evaluations we can grow in the direction we desire. I had hoped that it'd be at least an 80% but realistically it maybe more like a 65% when it comes to the recent professional goals I have wanted to work in my life. I have not dedicated the time DAILY to work towards selling myself, my services and products and for that reason I need to do a self evaluation to see what is most important to me.
Every good idea isn't good for me and every good opportunity isn't the opportunity for me. One thing that I love to do is weaving. I can spend hours weaving and be so satisfied and thrilled once the fresh, raw cloth comes off the loom but even though I very well could sell my gorgeous handmade cloth is that where I really want to dedicate my time? Apart of the reason why I haven't shown up 100% in areas of my life is because I am in the season of refinement (just like the fall season), stripping away the excess, simplifying my life and thus establishing what truly matters to me at this moment where I am. I am actively and consciously choosing to feed what I value.
I can show up better in my health by sleeping more, (which I have been successfully doing lately :) ) taking naps and frequent breaks when needed, and getting in one vigorous workout with sweating at least once a week. Often times I do this at least 3 times a week but with the recent moved I've made and the work that I've come into I am in need to readjust and reposition myself and health in the forefront- always. I haven't been showing up 100% in my dream by maintaining momentum. I must allow my dreams to always take a front seat priority in my life, live from that place and purposefully and actively choose it every single day. A way for me to move out of this place is to establish where I want to place my time. What is my priority?
WRITING!
I found that the other plans I'd planned take a back seat to my writing and I'm going to honor that.
Be in ALIGNMENT.
Move beyond APPEARANCES.
Be ready to receive your EXPECTATIONS.
